What the job involves.
Built to the sanctioned drawing
Unit sizes, room layout, fittings and finishes follow the sanctioned drawing and estimate. Any deviation goes to the department in writing before it is built, not after.
Electrical done in-house
The wiring, board, points and fittings are installed by our own licensed electricians rather than subcontracted. That is the part of a cottage most likely to be skimped, and we would rather own it.
Measured and documented
Measurement books maintained as the work proceeds, with completion documents and test records handed over at the end for departmental certification.
